1. Shipping and Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping within Pakistan takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take 7-14 days. We'll send you a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping starts at PKR 150 for local orders and varies for international deliveries. Free shipping on orders over PKR 5,000 within Pakistan.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.


2. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Items must be in new condition with tags attached. Please note: Personalized or hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., makeup, perfumes, underwear) are non-returnable unless defective.

How do I initiate a return?

Contact us via email or phone with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide a return label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, for size or color issues on garments, footwear, and accessories. Same 14-day window applies.

What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We're sorry that happened! Reach out within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.


3. Orders and Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our categories, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping details and select a payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), bank transfers, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, and cash on delivery (COD) for local orders.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway with SSL encryption.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After that, contact us immediately—we'll do our best if it hasn't shipped yet.

What sizes are available for garments and footwear?

We offer sizes XS-3XL for men's and women's garments, and 35-45 for footwear. Kids' sizes range from 2-14 years. Check our size charts on each product page for detailed measurements.

How do I know if a product will fit me?

Refer to the size guide images on product pages. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Feel free to email us for personalized advice!

Are your products authentic?

Yes, all our electronic gadgets, watches, perfumes, makeup, and handbags are 100% authentic from trusted brands. We source directly from authorized suppliers.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Select the gift wrap option at checkout for an extra PKR 200. We'll include a personalized message.
