Processing Time Orders placed before 2:00 PM PKT ship same day (Mon–Sat). After 2 PM → next business day.
Pakistan Delivery 3–7 business days Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad: 2–4 days Remote areas: up to 7 days
International Delivery 7–14 business days (USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, etc.)
Free Shipping PKR 0 on all orders above PKR 5,000 within Pakistan
Standard Rates (Pakistan) PKR 150–300 (based on weight & location)
International Rates Calculated at checkout (starts at USD 15 / PKR 4,000)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Available in 200+ cities. PKR 50 extra COD fee. Fake/refused orders = permanent ban.
Tracking 100% trackable. You’ll get a tracking link via SMS & email within 24 hours of dispatch.
Couriers TCS, Leopard, Trax, M&P (Pakistan) DHL, FedEx (International)

Refund Method Original payment method COD → Bank transfer (provide IBAN)
Refund Timeline 5–7 business days after we receive the item
Return Shipping Cost Customer pays (unless item is defective/wrong)


How to Start a Return / Exchange

    • Order ID
    • Product name
    • Reason + Photos
  3. We’ll reply with:
    • Return address
    • Printable label (if applicable)
  4. Pack securely & ship via TCS/Leopard (keep receipt).
  5. Once received & checked → Refund/Exchange processed!

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Wrong address? Re-delivery fee = PKR 200–500
  • COD refusal without valid reason? No refund + future orders blocked
  • International returns? Customer pays all shipping + duties
  • Force Majeure: No liability for delays due to strikes, floods, or government restrictions
