By accessing stellarcart.shopify.com, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Stellar Cart is an online store offering Kids Garments, Men’s & Women’s Garments, Electronic Gadgets, Watches, Perfumes, Hand Bags, Makeup, and Ladies & Gents Footwear.

2. Account & Registration

• You must provide accurate information during signup.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account per customer. Multiple/fake accounts will be suspended.
• Notify us immediately at info.stellarcart.shopify@gmail.com if your account is compromised.

3. Ordering & Contract

1. Placing an order = Offer to buy
2. Order confirmation email = Acceptance of contract
3. We reserve the right to:
   • Cancel any order (fraud, stock issues, pricing error)
   • Limit quantity per customer
   • Refuse service to anyone

No contract exists until we send the confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices in PKR and include local taxes.
• We may change prices anytime before you checkout.
• Payment due at time of order (except COD).
• COD Orders:
  • PKR 50 extra fee
  • Repeated fake/refused orders = permanent ban
• Failed payments may cancel the order automatically.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content (photos, videos, logos, text, designs) is copyright © Stellar Cart.
• You may not:
  • Copy, download, or reuse content
  • Create derivative works
  • Use our brand name/logo without written consent

6. User-Generated Content (Reviews, Photos)

• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your reviews, photos, or feedback.
• Content must be:
  • Original
  • Not offensive, defamatory, or illegal
• We may remove any content without notice.

• Use false identity or impersonate others
• Spam, phishing, or spread malware
• Interfere with other users’ experience
• Violate any law (fraud, copyright, etc.)

Violation = Immediate termination + legal action if needed.

• Electronics & gadgets: No warranty beyond stated return period (unless brand provides one).

  • Delays due to courier, customs, or force majeure
• Maximum liability = Total amount you paid us for the order in question.

• Your violation of these terms
• Your misuse of the site
• Your user content

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if:

• You breach these terms
• We suspect fraud

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• Governed by the laws of Pakistan
• Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in Karachi, Pakistan
• No class actions allowed

• Continued use = acceptance of new terms.
