Welcome to Stellar Cart! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (stellarcart.shopify.com) and all purchases made through it. By browsing, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to follow these terms.
We sell Kids Garments, Men's & Women's Garments, Electronic Gadgets, Watches, Perfumes, Hand Bags, Makeup, and Ladies & Gents Footwear. These rules keep everything fair, safe, and transparent.
1. General Rules
- You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent) to shop with us.
- All prices are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts if rules are violated.
- Images are for illustration. Actual products may vary slightly in color/shade due to lighting or screen settings.
2. Ordering & Payment

| COD Rules | Available in select cities. Fake orders or repeated refusals will result in a permanent ban. |
| Price Changes | Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is final. |
| Taxes & Duties | Local taxes included. International buyers are responsible for customs duties. |
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping Time: 3–7 days (Pakistan), 7–14 days (International)
- Free Shipping: On orders above PKR 5,000 within Pakistan
- Lost/Delayed Parcel: We’re not liable after handover to courier, but we’ll assist with claims.
- Address Accuracy: You are responsible for correct shipping details. Re-delivery charges apply for wrong addresses.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

No refunds on COD refusal (unless item is damaged/defective).
5. Product Warranty & Authenticity
- Authenticity: All branded items (watches, perfumes, gadgets, makeup) are 100% original.

Warranty:
- Electronics: 7-day replacement for DOA (dead on arrival)
- Watches: Brand-specific warranty (check product page)
- Garments/Footwear: No warranty, but covered under return policy
- No liability for misuse, wear & tear, or unauthorized repairs.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content (photos, logos, designs, text) is owned by Stellar Cart or licensed.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
7. User Conduct
Prohibited Actions:
- Placing fake orders
- Using bots or scripts to overload the site
- Sharing false reviews or defamatory content
- Attempting to hack or access restricted areas
Violation = Account ban + legal action if needed.
8. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Delays due to courier, customs, or force majeure (floods, strikes, etc.)
- Indirect damages (loss of profit, data, etc.)
- Allergic reactions to perfumes/makeup
- Maximum liability = Total order value
9. Account Responsibility
- Keep your password secure.
- You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us immediately at info.stellarcart.shopify@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in Karachi courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted here with the "Last Updated" date. Continued use = acceptance.
