Step 3: Get Refund!

We inspect → Approve → Money back in 5–7 days

  • No refund without prior approval
  • Return shipping paid by you (unless item is defective/wrong)
  • Fake claims = account ban
  • International returns: You pay all shipping + duties
  • Refused COD parcels: No refund + PKR 300 penalty
